To identify your online transaction, you must enter the transaction Confirmation Number displayed when you submitted your transaction.  The Confirmation Number normally is displayed on the "Confirmation Message" page and in the confirmation e-mail.  The Confirmation Number looks like: 12345678-1234567

The status check will tell you if your online transaction was processed or if an error occurred.  The check cannot provide any information about the results of the transaction or the status of your document, plea, appeal, etc.

To see if vehicle plates that you ordered were mailed, use the Plate Mailing Status Check.

To see if your photo driver license, learner permit or non-driver photo ID card was mailed, use the Photo Document Mailing Status Check.
