If you are a member of a NYSSA
snowmobile club, you receive a voucher that includes an ID number. Your voucher ID number is located in the top right corner of your NYSSA club membership voucher, above the barcode. If you have a current NYSSA voucher, enter the voucher ID number in the box provided. If you do not have a current voucher, skip the voucher ID number section.
If you have a current, valid NYSSA voucher, the fee for your registration is $45.00. If you do not have a NYSSA voucher, the fee is $100.
What is the temporary certificate of registration? Do I need to print the temporary certificate?
At the end of your transaction, you will have the option to download and print a temporary certificate of registration. The temporary certificate is only valid when used along with the current registration decal on your snowmobile. The temporary certificate allows you to continue to operate for up to 15 days while your new registration is delivered by mail.
You only need to print and use the temporary certificate if your current registration is expired or will expire within 15 days of the date of your online renewal.

You need your Confirmation Number if you contact the DMV about your online transaction. After you select the button to submit your payment, a confirmation message will appear in your browser window. The confirmation message contains your Confirmation Number and other information about your transaction.
The confirmation message can take several seconds to appear. If the message does not appear immediately, do not select the button to submit your payment again. If you select the button more than one time, you can receive an error message.
When the confirmation message appears in your browser window, write your Confirmation Number on a piece of paper. Do not try to print or to reload the web page in your browser window. Some browsers will erase your transaction information from the web page if you try to print or to reload the page, and you can lose your transaction information.
After you submit your payment, you will also receive an email that includes your Confirmation Number.
Can I cancel this online transaction?
